Creating a simple HTML project that mirrors the blank justice.gov layout:

Created a simple HTML project in Assets/DOJ/index.html that mirrors the blank justice.gov layout. It includes:

  1. Top information bar (dark gray) with flag icon, "An official website of the United States government" text, "Here's how you know" link, and utility navigation links
  2. Main header (dark blue) with DOJ seal placeholder, "U.S. Department of JUSTICE" title, and search bar with yellow search button
  3. Yellow separator bar between header and navigation
  4. Primary navigation bar (dark gray) with "About", "Our Work", "News", "Resources", "Grants", and "Employment" links (each with dropdown indicators)
  5. Blank white content area below

The HTML uses embedded CSS to match the layout. Open index.html in a browser to view the blank version. The seal is a simple placeholder (scales emoji); you can replace it with an image if needed.

Updated the HTML to use the SVG logo. Changes:

  1. Replaced the placeholder seal div with an <img> tag that references doj-main-header-logo.svg
  2. Updated the CSS to remove the emoji placeholder styling and added proper image scaling

The DOJ seal SVG now displays in the header where the placeholder was. The image will scale to fit the 60x60px container.

The SVG now displays at its proper size with the text included, matching the reference image.

Added an upload progress bar that appears when the upload button is clicked. It:

  1. Disables the button and changes the text to "UPLOADING..." while uploading
  2. Shows a progress bar below the button, aligned to the right
  3. Animates progress from 0% to 100% with random increments to simulate upload
  4. Resets after completion, hiding the progress bar and restoring the button

The progress bar uses a blue gradient matching the upload button and displays the percentage as it fills. Click the upload button to see it in action.
